I am a graduate student at Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, pursuing Masters Degrees in both Transportation Engineering and City Planning. I'm studying infrastructure design, traffic control, GPS, Urban Design, and more cool stuff. Before grad school I worked several years at Texas Instruments in Dallas -- not on calculators but rather cellular phones. It was a fun ride, but highways were my original passion. After all, when I was really young I wanted to be the guy who painted highway lane stripes.
I really want to talk about what I do in my spare time, and will. I'm active in Tech's Improv Group, Let's Try This!! And here are things I've enjoyed in the past: writing short fiction, acting, giving speeches in Toastmasters (often rehearsed), and several forms of exercise.
If you're new to my website, I got a Blog here which anyone can read. The iLog is for friends and family; there I post big long essays and photo galleries.
But if you know your way around here then welcome back, and happy browsing.
Best,
